Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector in a range of operating, financial and strategic roles across retail and wholesale activities in the UK, EMEA and North America at Santander, Barclays, Citigroup and Schroders, and as a Senior Adviser in the private equity industry. Between 2017 and 2020 he was the first Chief Executive of UK Finance, the trade association for the UK banking and payments industry.
