An accomplished charity leader with over eleven years’ experience spanning service design, project leadership and operations management in a range of non-profit sectors, Aimée joins FT FLIC from her previous role as the Programme Director at Britain’s oldest economics-focused charitable think-tank.

Leyla Boulton
FT Liaison
Leyla Boulton is the FT liaison for FLIC, commissioning FT journalism and events to support FLIC’s mission. This part-time role complements her day job as development editor for FT Live and a senior editor at the Financial Times.

Adelaide Bowden-Doyle
Strategic Partnerships Manager
Adelaide works on our learning programmes, facilitating collaboration with expert volunteers, supporting the development of original learning materials and nurturing lasting relationships with our partners to ensure the reach of these resources to our beneficiaries.

Chantelle Clarke
Head of Content
Chantelle joins FLIC as head of content after 12 years teaching and leading humanities departments for secondary schools in inner-city London. As an ambassador for Teach First and Teach for All, she has taken part in collaborative projects in India, Chicago, New York and Toronto.

Nikita Nathwani
Video and Social Media Manager
Nikita joins us from Brain Tumour Research where she held a post in digital engagement, focussed on producing rich multimedia content in order to drive fundraising and engagement across social media. She specialises in dynamic content creation, and as a media production graduate she brings expertise of a variety of media formats and platforms, specialising in ideation, scripting, directing and sound design.

Duncan Cornish
Content Manager
Duncan brings several years’ teaching experience and a background in data operations to his role in the Content Team, where he delivers and develops FLIC’s financial literacy curriculum.

Maria Luisa Addarii
Fundraising Manager
With 15 years of experience in fundraising and partnerships across Europe, Central America, and West Africa, Maria Luisa joins FT FLIC after working as Fundraising Development Manager at Save the Children. Her career spans charities focused on microcredit, poverty relief, and education, driven by a deep passion for people empowerment and tackling inequality.

Nicole Gordon
Operations Manager
Nicole Gordon joins FT FLIC as Operations Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in project delivery, operations and creative production at purpose-driven organisations.

Shivani Pathak
Programme Manager
Shivani recently joined our team as the Program Manager for India on a part-time basis after spending a year as a dedicated volunteer. Alongside this role, she is the Founder of Next Gen Money Coach, a financial well-being practice that empowers women in the business world to build confidence and clarity in their financial lives.
