Aimée Allam

Hannah Sarney

Aimée has spent her career helping people navigate complex systems. In a range of non-profit sectors, from healthcare, to education and economics, she has led service design, multi-stakeholder projects, communications and front-line operations. The common thread has always been championing people’s ability to make informed decisions about their lives. These experiences have shaped her recognition of financial literacy as a cornerstone of wellbeing, impacting both physical and mental health.

In her previous role, at Britain’s oldest economics-focused charitable think-tank, Aimée managed projects supporting economics education through public lectures, weekly publishing and outreach work; engaging donors, policy-makers and service users alike. In prior advocacy roles at a large national charity, Aimée’s work focused on lobbying diplomatic staff and parliamentarians on behalf of vulnerable clients. Front line and NHS work alongside extensive, varied specialised training has equipped her with the strategies, empathy and urgency needed to realise FT FLIC’s ambitions: to equip everyone with the tools for lifelong financial empowerment.
