Nicole Gordon
Nicole Gordon joined FT FLIC in July as Operations Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in project delivery, operations and creative production. She previously worked at Wholegrain Digital, a sustainability-focused B Corp, where she led multidisciplinary teams and delivered digital projects for purpose-driven organisations. As Delivery Manager, she introduced new tools and processes, helping to build a culture of collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.
At FT FLIC, Nicole draws on these skills to support the smooth running of the organisation. She works across fundraising, partnerships and operations, including financial management, website maintenance and the distribution of our schools curriculum.
Outside of work, Nicole is a multidisciplinary artist and lighting designer. She creates immersive audiovisual installations for festivals across the UK and Europe, and runs a platform supporting underrepresented voices in the arts. She also mentors women in the creative industries, with a focus on building safe, inclusive spaces.
